Brajendra Singh started his IT career in 2016, building custom Windows-based software for small and mid-sized businesses from the ground up - stock and inventory checking systems, incentive distribution software for mall and retail staff, restaurant table management systems, general billing software, and specialized billing software for jewellery retailers. Each system was built around the client's exact workflow rather than adapted from an existing template.

As client requirements grew, the scope of work expanded into website development, mobile applications, HRMS systems and WhatsApp automation platforms - with every new tool built specifically around whatever the client's operations actually needed. This includes delivering a project for Indian Railways, along with extensive work in the education sector, where Urgent IT Solution has completed more projects than in any other industry.
