Cancellation and Refund Policy for Urgent IT Solutions

Cancellation Policy:
Customers have the right to cancel their urgent IT solution service provided by urgent it solution as per the terms outlined below:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to urgentitsolution@gmail.com or through our customer support system.
The cancellation request must include the customer's full name, contact information, order/reference number, and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of placing the order will be processed without any penalties.
If the cancellation request is made after 48 hours of placing the order but before the commencement of the service, a cancellation fee of 999/- or 40% of the total service cost, whichever is greater, will apply.
Once the service has commenced, the cancellation will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy:
Our refund policy for urgent IT solutions is as follows:
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.
No refund will be provided if the service delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, governmental actions, or any force majeure events.
If the customer cancels the service as per our cancellation policy, the applicable refund, if any, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
